New Orleans remains the incarceration capital of the world.

The Right to Counsel, a basic 6th amendment right, is still in jeopardy and mass incarceration and institutional discrimination plague our criminal justice system. It is time for true reform.

Join the second line and rally for equal justice in New Orleans and demand our local and state decisionmakers fully fund our public defenders and prioritize a fair and just criminal justice system.

We will be joined by two of New Orleans' hottest brass bands: The Big 6 Brass Band and the TBC Brass Band.
