Jazz at the Sandbar is a music series that was started by Ellis Marsalis in 1989, and has continued on as an integral part of UNO’s Jazz Studies program for more than 35 years. It is currently hosted in UNO's Earl K. Long Library.
Performances begin at 7 p.m. with a suggested donation of $10 at the door. Refreshments are available for purchase.
The 410 Lounge (Google Map Link) is located on the 4th Floor of the Earl K. Long Library on the University of New Orleans Campus
