On this week’s program, we preview the upcoming Jazz in the Park, a nine-week music and marketplace series, taking place in Armstrong Park.  Running from April 18th to June 13th. Some musicians who will be taking the the Jazz in the Park stage - and featured on this week's episode - are Kermit Ruffins, Donald Harrison, Glen David Andrews, Soul Rebels Brass Band, and Shannon Powell.

During the hour, we also visit Cowbell, a restaurant in the River Bend section of New Orleans to talk with Brack May about everything from growing up eating Hawaiian food to the local food scene over some grass fed beef.
