On this week’s program, we celebrate music and food and their connection to culture and history. To start things off, Cajun music meets up with fishing, as we enjoy the a set of songs by Lost Bayou Ramblers with some oysters and pasta by executive Chef Brian Landry of Borgne restaurant. Brian also talks with us about growing up fishing in the waters of Lake Borgne, the Spanish side of Creole cuisine and local seafood today.
