"When Lightning Strikes" is a benefit with all funds going directly to help repair Charmaine Neville's house and make sure she can afford to live while she fully recovers.

In early April, Charmaine Neville suffered a stroke that left her incapacitated for months and without any income. She was just starting to physically recover from this when lightning directly struck her house in late August, blowing out her electrical and all appliances, all of her upstairs windows, and causing the house to literally jump, resulting in cracks throughout. Her house being historic, repair costs are stratospheric and so a group of friends and neighbors came together to support her.

Charmaine's uncle Cyril Neville will be playing to support his niece with the full lineup being (in order of performance):
