The ON Purpose Collective, in partnership with The New Orleans Four Legacy Project, is proud to announce the creation of "The New Orleans Four Black Girl Magic Drill Team." This new initiative will serve as a living tribute to the extraordinary bravery of the four 6 year old girls—Gail Etienne, Ruby Bridges, Leona Tate, and Tessie Prevost—who desegregated New Orleans public schools 65 years ago.

The project is seeking talented young Black girls, ages 5 to 12, to join this historic inaugural drill team. Auditions will be held on September 6, 2025, from 3 PM to 6 PM at Artspace Studio, 1001 N. Johnson St., New Orleans, LA 70116 on the Bell Artspace Campus.
