The Louisiana Landmarks Society celebrates the 225th Birthday of the c. 1799 Pitot House at its annual Fete du Jardin. The annual Fete Du Jardin is held at the Pitot House and Gardens located along the banks of beautiful Bayou St. John and is always a delightful evening featuring music, delectable dishes and libations, along with a silent auction and a wine pull. The event is is the Louisiana Landmarks Society's major fundraise of the year and its success is critical to the continued care, maintenance, and preservation of the Pitot House.
