The French Market is open 10am – 5pm daily, featuring vendors and our Farmers Market with eateries and café style seating.
Since 1791, the historic French Market has remained an enduring symbol of pride and progress for the people of New Orleans. In over 200 years of existence, the Market has been built, destroyed, and rebuilt many times over, but what remains unchanged is the Market’s central spirit of commerce, community, and culture that is irresistible to visitors from near and far.

11am-4pm | 3rd Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration at the French Market! Celebrating the cultures and contributions of Hispanic & Latino communities in New Orleans!
This year’s celebration will feature a full day of live music on two stages curated by Ecos Latinos, food booths, and community organizations.
