We welcomed the students from the NOCCA Jazz Ensemble, led by Mr. Michael Pellera, today for the January episode of School Groove, live from the WWOZ studio. Mr. Pellera is the recipient of OffBeat Magazine's 2018 Lifetime Achievement in Education Award at the Best of the Beat Awards. He had yet another talented batch of students with him this evening.
