Alreet!In celebration of Dr. John's 70th birthday last November 21, the Tone Scientists and Mad Programmers of the Kitchen Sink will be playing 2 hours of the Night Tripper this Tuesday, 12/7/10. We'll play some of the classics, but mainly on the Dr. John work of the past decade, the newer stuff that nobody hears but totally rocks. Or maybe we'll play other stuff. So get your gris-gris, light a candle, and start grooving destitively. The greatest living proponent of the music of New Orleans had a birthday, and we're going to revel in it.
