When the 9th Ward Hunters met up with the 9th Ward Seminoles on Forstall Street in the Lower 9th Ward, their Big Chiefs (Romeo Bougere and Keitoe Jones, respectively) confronted each other, eventually made peace, and then they went their own ways to meet other tribes downtown and uptown.
