David Kumler is a musician, producer, multimedia artist, and academic currently based in New Orleans. Kumler is best known for his work with the post-punk/darkwave duo Foxxxy Mulder, a collaboration with vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Kori Hensell. His solo musical endeavors include the garage rock project cosmic bummer, the electronic project Occult A/V, and most recently, the noise techno project Nonlethal Weapons.

Kumler releases music and produces events through his own Deathrage Collective, a vehicle for his various projects and personas as well as a record label in its own right.
