Master percussionist Hamid Drake visited New Orleans in June 2018 and among other gigs, did a set with New Orleans-based musicians Rob Wagner and Nobu Ozaki at the Allways Lounge. This video is an excerpt from an improvisation on a tune by Wagner. An earlier studio recording of the trio was released on Valid Records, who produced this concert.
