“Days Between” refers to more than just a title of a Grateful Dead song.
They are the days each year between August 1st, Jerry's birthday and August 9th the day Jerry passed away
Tune in to the Kitchen Sink 10 to 12 Show on Wednesday August 4 at 10:00 p.m. as we celebrate the life and music of Mr. Jerry Garcia.
This is the 5th year we have been doing this special on the "Days Between" Wednesday. This year marks the 15th anniversary of his passing.
At least 2 hours of the music of a great American Jerry Garcia!
Any request?

It's Jerry's "Deal"
Muse-Man,
To set the stage, please lead off this special tribute with "Deal", from his first "electric" solo record. A simple, melodic, looping, guitar-driven song that exemplifies his early electrified career. It all... flows... from there...!
Enjoy the show all!
Great idea
Jerry and the Grateful Dead took up most of my musical time for the better part of 15 years. Once I discovered and fell in love with the music of New Orleans, I more or less stopped listening to Jerry.
This morning I went online to wwoz to hear some Jazz and was delighted to hear a great live version of Fire on the Mountain. Of course, I'm reminded of what is beautiful about Jerry's music.
Thanks to Sam Cammarata for reminding me that I should listen to more Jerry. His music is a gumbo of so many types of music including Jazz.
With love,
Steve in Washington, DC
That's what its all about...
A.J. requested the grateful dead... that is a tall order coming from That Boudin Man!!!
