On this week’s program, we delight in some music of Cajun and Zydeco country, with performances by Bruce Daigrepont, Beausoleil, Bruce ‘Sunpie’ Barnes, Roddie Romero and the Hub City All-Stars.
We also sample dishes by four different chefs featuring Boudin, a Cajun specialty sausage of ground meat, pork and rice, to prepare you for the upcoming Boudin, Bourbon and Beer. The event takes place on November 8th at the Foundry in the Warehouse district down in New Orleans.
