On today’s program, we enjoy an hour of Tab Benoit’s Swampland Jam, recorded live at the Contemporary Arts Center.
We also sample Falsomagro (Falsely Lean), a Sicilian dish, at Emeril’s Delmonico as well as a special “Pleasures of the Flesh” at Rio Mar restaurant, a six course meat-centric menu which includes a Bacon-Chocolate Torte.
