Dillard University's Office of Community and Church Relations is seeking volunteers to assist in building community vegetable gardens at several locations in Gentilly for the MLK Day of Service on Monday, January 16, 2017.

Gardens will be built at the New Orleans Youth Study Center, Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Bethany United Methodist Church, and Pntecost Baptist Church. Tools, gloves, seeds, and vegetable plants will be provided.

A MLK/Dillard Community Health Fair will also be held at Bethany UMC.
