​Helen Gillet +1 with special guest Mark Sutherland  live from Three Keys at Ace Hotel New Orleans on Wednesday, November 2nd at 9pm CST

Helen Gillet is an experimental cello dreamweaver from Belgium and rooted in New Orleans here to serenade you into the night. Her ethereal vocals dance boldly among classical, jazz and contemporary familiarities to make for unheard territory. 

Helen presents her monthly music residency in Three Keys, "Helen Gillet +1," on the first Wednesday of each month. during which she performs solo. WWOZ will broadcast and live video stream the first set beginning at 9pm.

During the second sets, she invites a different special guest musician to play with her for an experimental collaborative session. November's special guest is saxophonist and hornsculpturist Mark Southerland.  This set will be live video streamed only beginning at about 10:30.
