What a night! Big thanks to everyone who came out to support WWOZ for our first ever Groove Gala! We hosted this sold out event at Tableau and Le Petit Theatre on Thursday, September 6, 2018. Performances from Irma Thomas, Dr. Michael White Quartet, Amanda Shaw, Treme Brass Band, Doreen Ketchens, Gregory Agid Trio, Joe Krown, and Michael O'Hara made it extra special. Our patrons came out in full force to show their support for WWOZ (thank you!!!) and our Board of Directors and the Gala's Second Line committee made it all happen along with the help of our wonderful volunteers and staff.
