1) The 6th Annual Jamie Galloway Crawfish Boil is this Sunday from 3-10p. Anchored at the Maple Leaf, this event celebrates the life and times of beloved chef and musician, Jamie Galloway, while serving as a fundraiser for the New Orleans Musicians' Clinic.
2) It's festival season! The Howlin' Wolf is hosting a Bloody Mary Festival on Saturday and Sunday. Bloody Marys from Ruby Slipper, Brennan's, Red Fish Grill, Oceana Grill, K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen, Maison, and over a dozen other restaurants and clubs will be available to connoisseurs. There's also the 2018 Louisiana Crawfish Festival happening in St. Bernard Parish March 22-25.
3) The New Orleans Jazz Museum is hosting Record Raid on Sunday from 10a-5p. This is New Orleans largest record show with vendors from all over the region selling new and vintage LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, turntables, and more. Come find that rare record you haven't been able to track down.
4) Get outside! The New Orleans Recreation Department is hosting their second annual Kite Day at Milne Playground (2400 Filmore Ave) on Saturday. Prizes for fastest kites, best decorated, and more! Bounce houses, snacks, crafts, and music.
