Do you work for a social service organization like a nonprofit, educational, religious, government, or community agency? Your group may be eligible for passes to the 2015 New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival through their Community Outreach Tickets program! These free passes to Jazz Fest are for use by the people who are serviced by these types of organizations (i.e. not the staff), and cannot be resold, used as part of a raffle or fundraiser, or given as gifts or incentives. This great program is meant to enable community members who would likely not otherwise be able to attend Jazz Fest to experience the festival as an audience member.

Eligible recipients must complete the application, provide proof of their federal or Louisiana 501(c)(3) status and an official letter signed by the organization's CEO. The Jazz & Heritage Foundation is accepting only one application per organization. Please note that this application is different than "School Day at the Fest," which is for K-8th graders. However, hIgh schools (9th-12th grades) may apply using this application.

The application deadline is Monday, March 9. Organizations will be notified if they've received the passes via email. Complete guidelines as well as the online application can be found here: http://www.jazzandheritage.org/what-we-do/community-outreach-tickets.
