I listen to WWOZ from northeastern Pennsylvania.  I came to hear about WWOZ via Harry Shearer's show, Le Show.  I kept listening because you guys play nothing but music!  I love the variety and as a singer/songwriter/band leader myself I am often running for a pen and paper to write down a song that I want to sing.  I hear about concerts going on near where I live with NOLA musicians.

Simply stated, the city of New Orleans has had me under a spell since I first stepped foot in the Vieux Carre some 20 years ago and WWOZ allows me to always be there in spirit even as the bright lights of Times Square flash outside my office window. Streaming WWOZ not only fills my ears with the sounds of Frenchmen Street but also my nose with the smell of BBQ from The Joint, the taste of a sazerac at Clancy's and my heart with the knowledge that soon enough I'll be back down there again.

I fell in love with the DJs. It is incredibly beautiful to me that they bring their own music in to play. I feel that I know them better because of that. It becomes more a product of love. You all just want to share your music. Basically, I support WWOZ because I believe in the music.
