Here's a video version of Sarah Quintana's humorous paean to riz au lait (AKA rice pudding, a classic French comfort food) from her 2012 album World Has Changed. In this version she's accompanied by "found" precussion instruments: pots and pans in the kitchen of Huh! Restaurant in Metairie, where the video was filmed. It was made as part of the 2013 New Orleans 48 Hour Music Video Project, in which filmmakers compete to see who can make the best short film in only 48 hours. The 2014 edition happens next month.
