We lost one of the all-time greats this year-- Fats Domino passed away on October 24 at the age of 89. Thousands of fans poured into the streets of the 9th Ward for a tribute second line to the beloved Fat Man, an international superstar who called New Orleans his home forever. WWOZ was on hand to capture some of the scene as James Andrews led the procession from Vaughan's to Fats' former Lower 9th Ward home and publishing house on Caffin Avenue.
