We have a new listener to WWOZ and he loves the station so much that he has decided to take up residence in our new studios in the French Market. He's very small and furry with a long tail. Yup, that's right. It's a mouse! I decided to name him Otis because I saw him walk across the shelf of cds in front of me while Otis was playing in tonight's show.
I was ready to take him down with my converse sneakers, but figured otherwise and just left the door to the studio open for the rest of the show. About midway into the first set, he stopped by the water cooler to get some water and yelled up at me, "Peace man, I'm out."
Robyn's gonna kill me once she reads this and finds out I didn't tell her about the mouse in the studio.
Keep the postcards coming!
