SoFAB Presents Cirque De Cuisine: A Kitchen Tour

The Southern Food and Beverage Museum (SoFAB) is happy to announce that the second annual Cirque de Cuisine: A Kitchen Tour, will return on Sunday, October 9, 2016 from Noon to 4:00 PM, taking place at ten historic and beautiful private kitchens located throughout the French Quarter. That day, guests will stroll through homes on Governor Nicholls Street, St. Philip St., Bourbon Street, St. Peter Street, Dumaine Street to Esplanade Avenue, while enjoying culinary delights and paired wines, beer and beverages. Small tastes of delicious dishes will be provided in each home by Compère Lapin, Grand Isle, Trinity, Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Seasonings, Salon by Sucre, Cane & Table, Primitivo, Brennan’s on Royal Street and more. Wine, beer and beverages will be provided by Brady’s Wine Warehouse, Faubourg Wines, Moises Fine Wines, Bin 428; Kobrand, Fleur de LA Imports, Classical Wines, Spirit Wines, Nola Brewing, Swamp Pop, Republic National and Southern Glazers. The Tour begins at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel of the New Orleans Hotel Collection at 717 Orleans Street where guests will receive a wristband and map. Tickets are $55 at the door, $45 in advance and $35 for SoFAB Members.
